JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed seeking benefit of 300 days leave encashment.

(2.) Heard Mr.H.B.Singh, learned advocate for the petitioners. He submitted that petitioners were working with the respondent - Irrigation Department and all have put more than 25 years of service. All the petitioners were confirmed after putting their 10 years of service from the date of their initial appointment and they are getting pension and other retiral benefits. However, the benefits of 300 days leave by way of leave encashment has not been extended to them. The details of services rendered by each of the petitioners has been given at Annexure 'A' to the petition. In support of his submission, he relied upon the Government Resolution dtd. 21/10/2022 wherein the respondent department has accepted the decision and to disburse the leave encashment for 300 days leave
