(1.) The Applicant ' Hardevsinh Chhatrasinh Jadeja has filed this Application under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging him on Regular Bail in connection with FIR being C.R. No. 11211050230099/2023 registered with Thangadh Police Station, Surendranagar for the offences punishable under Ss. 452, 323, 324, 325, 427, 504, 506(2) and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.
