(2.) When the matter is called out, learned advocate Mr.Pandya has drawn my attention towards the earlier order passed by this Court on 11/3/2020, which reads as under:

(3.) Learned advocate Mr.Pandya for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid order could not be complied with due to the period of Covid-19. He, therefore, prays that his purpose will be served if this petition is disposed of in terms of the same order as aforesaid.
