RATNBEN PARBHUBHAI PATEL Vs. DISTRICT COLLECTOR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Pursuant to the last order dtd. 24/2/2023 today learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Mayank Chavda appearing for the respondent - State has filed an additional affidavit signed by one Kirit R. Patel, Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Surat wherein in paragraph Nos.1 and 2, he has stated as under :-

Apropos the above, and in furtherance thereto that I annexed herewith the relevant documents handing over the physical possession of the land in question to the petitioner alongwith the Rojkam and the Kabjapavti. The copies of the relevant documents are annexed herewith and marked as ANNEXURE R.2 (Collectively)."

(3.) In view of aforesaid affidavit, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Mayank Chavda upon instructions states that the possession of land in question has already handed over to the petitioner.
