JUDGEMENT

The present petition is filed by the petitioner - original defendant challenging the impugned order passed below Exh.17 in Regular Civil Suit No.28 of 2022 dtd. 29/9/2022 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Jhalod, by which, the application filed under Order XIV Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to add the issues, is rejected.
