(3.) By way of the present application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C., the applicant prays for quashment of order of non-bailable warrant dtd. 15/11/2022 issued by JMFC (Municipal), Dist.: Rajkot in Criminal Case No.17933 of 2020.
