JUDGEMENT

This appeal has been filed at the instance of the appellant - original plaintiff against the order passed by the learned 4th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural) on 10/3/2023 whereby the learned Judge was pleased to reject the interim injunction application at Exh.5 filed by the appellant herein - original plaintiff.
