JUDGEMENT

(1.) The captioned Civil Revision Application is of the year 1993. Various orders, have been passed from time to time. The order- sheet suggest that the learned advocate representing the applicants, have been changed from time to time. It has been reported that the applicant no.1 - Gulammohmed Musabhai has passed away. It further appears that the matter, was assigned through the High Court Legal Aid Committee to Ms G.R. Vijayalakshmi, learned advocate.

(2.) On 15/1/2020, order passed, reads thus:-

(3.) On 6/12/2022, this Court has passed an order and the notice was issued to the applicants, making it returnable on 21/12/2022. Once again, on 21/12/2022, this Court passed an order, issuing fresh notice to the applicant nos.2 to 8, making it returnable on 13/1/2023.
