(1.) Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent- State of Gujarat.

(2.) This is an application filed by the applicant seeking parole leave for a period of 30 days on the ground that marriage ceremony of real sister's son is fixed on 24/1/2023 to 26/1/2023. Applicant being only the maternal uncle, his presence is required.

(3.) Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant and learned APP appearing for the respondent-State.
