(1.) By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs;

Pursuant to the aforesaid order passed by this Court, the Medical Superintendent, SMIMER, Surat has produced Report dtd. 29/4/2023 along with the Opinion dtd. 29/4/2023 given by a Panel of four Doctors of the said Hospital.
