JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr.Shakti Jadeja for the petitioners, learned AGP Ms.Surbhi Bhati for the respondent State, learned advocate Mr.Munshaw for the respondent no.2 and learned advocate Mr.Manan Shah for the private respondents.

(2.) By way of the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:-

Learned advocate Mr.Shakti Jadeja upon instructions states that each of the petitioners have applied for regularisation of their unauthorised construction by preferring an application under Sec. 6 of Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2022 (for short "GRUDA Act") and online payment was made on 10/1/2023. He places on record online receipt of the application made by the petitioners, which is taken on record.
