(1.) On 14/6/2023, the following order was passed:

(2.) Today also, learned advocate Mr.Pathan is not present before this Court however, learned advocate Mr.Chauhan for learned advocate Mr.Munshaw is present.

(3.) In the order dtd. 14/6/2023, the Court had already clarified that in case learned advocate Mr.Pathan is desirous to file any leave note or sick note, he shall make alternative arrangement.
