JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of rule on behalf of respondent - State, learned advocate Mr. Munshaw waives for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and learned advocate Mr. Arpit Singhvi waives for private respondent Nos. 4 to 11.

(2.) This petition is filed challenging the seniority list in the cadre of Sanitary Sub Inspector, Class-III (hereinafter referred as SSI) published on 30/8/2019, for the period from 1/8/1999 to 30/9/2018. It is also prayed that since the seniority list published in the cadre of SSI-Class-III dtd. 30/8/2019, is prepared in haste and without considering the objections raised by the petitioners, the same is required to be quashed and set aside.
