JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition is filed by seeking following prayers:

(2.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Apurva R. Kapadia for the petitioners, learned advocate Mr. R.C. Sejpal for the respondent No.4 and learned advocate Ms. Liza N. Vanjani for the respondent No.11.

(3.) The Special Civil Suit No.380 of 2016 is preferred in the year 2016 along with Exh.5 application by the petitioners. The said suit is pending before the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural) for cancellation of sale deed as well as cancellation of power of attorney holder and also for permanent injunction and in the said suit, the petitioners have preferred below Exh.5 application.
