(1.) In Criminal Misc. Application No.8363 of 2017, there are four applicants. They are original accused Nos.4 to 7, respectively. Applicants No.1 and 2 - original accused Nos.4 & 5 are the erstwhile President and Secretary of the Society and applicants No.3 & 4 - original accused Nos.6 & 7 are the present President and Secretary of the Society. In Criminal Misc. Application No.12484 of 2018, there is one applicant, who is original accused No.8. He is a resident of the Society.
