JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present petition is filed by the petitioners challenging the judgment and order dtd. 23/6/2017 passed below Exhibit 40 by the learned 13th Additional District Judge, District Court, Ahmedabad (Rural) in Misc. Civil Appeal No.05 of 2016 whereby the order below Exhibit 5 dtd. 14/8/2013 passed by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ahmedabad in Special Civil Suit No.390 of 2009 is confirmed.

(2.) This Court has heard the learned advocate, Mr.G.R.Manav appearing for the petitioners-plaintiffs and learned advocate, Mr.Dilip Kanojiya for the respondents-defendants.
