JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Aditya J. Pandya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P.V. Patadiya, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.1.

(2.) The petitioner herein is aggrieved by the order impugned dtd. 31/12/2015 passed by the Chairman, Maintenance Tribunal and Sub Divisional Magistrate (East) Ahmedabad in Parents Act Appeal/ Application No. 92 of 2014.

(3.) Being aggrieved by the impugned order, the petitioner herein approached this Court by filing the present petition.
