JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this application under Sec. 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant-original accused seeks to invoke the inherent powers of this Court praying for quashing of the F.I.R. being C.R.No.11206038210259 of 2021 filed before the Laghnaj Police Station, District-Mehsana, for the offence punishable under Ss. -306, 498A and 114 of the I.P.C.
