JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent no.1-State and learned advocate Mr. Yash H. Joshi, waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent no.2.

(2.) Considering the issue involved in the present application and with consent of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties as well as considering the fact that the dispute amongst the applicants and complainant has been resolved amicably, this matter is taken up for final disposal forthwith.

(3.) By way of this application under Sec. 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "the Code"), the applicants have prayed for quashing and setting aside FIR being C.R.No. I-11208052230419 of 2023 registered with Bhaktinagar Police Station, District Rajkot City for the offence punishable under Ss. 384, 504, 506, 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Ss. 40, 42 of the Gujarat Money Lenders Act as well as other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
