JUDGEMENT

(1.) On the previous date, this Court had an occasion to pass the following order,

(2.) Pursuant to the above order, the corpus was again produced before us from the Women Protection Home Godhara by the authorities.

(3.) When the Court interacted with the corpus and again asked about her wish, she today stated that she has decided to go with the petitioner - mother. The corpus categorically and willingly expressed that she would opt to be in company of parents to stay at her parental home - Bhutpagla, Taluka - Devgadh Baraiya, District - Dahod.
