JUDGEMENT

(1.) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned advocate Mr.Devnani as well as the learned advocate Mr.Piyush Trivedi have invited the attention of this Court to the contents of the affidavit dtd. 4/5/2023 filed by one Mr.Rajubhai Chandubhai Shekh, Chief Officer, Jasdan Nagarpalika, Jasdan. The contents of the affidavit, more particularly paragraph nos.4 and 5 read as under:-

(2.) Thus, as per the statement made in the affidavit, the outstanding amount shall be paid to the applicant three in monthly installments. The first installment commencing by the end of this month i.e. 30/6/2023. Thereafter, the second installment shall be paid in the month of September 2023 and the third installment shall be paid in the month of December, 2023.

(3.) With this observation, the present application stands disposed of.
