JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:

(2.) Vide order dtd. 7/1/2023, the Court issued notice and authorities were directed not to take any action against the petitioners.

(3.) Learned advocate Mr.Nirad Buch appearing for the petitioners submitted that since many years petitioners are carrying on their business at the place mentioned in the respective notices and by giving one day's notice they were asked to vacate the aforesaid place which is owned by Gram Panchayat and Government.
