(2.) This Application is filed by the Applicants - Accused under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging the applicant on Regular Bail in connection with I- C.R. No.11211024230040/2023 registered with Zinzuvada Police Station, District Surendranagar for the offences punishable under Ss. 307, 323, 324, 325, 326, 504 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Sec. 135 of the Gujarat Police Act.
