(1.) By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, following prayers have been made:

(2.) Though the petition is filed after a long delay of 17 years from the date of filing of application, but considering the fact about paying just and proper compensation for the land acquired, we dispose of this petition with the following direction:
