JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Letters Patent Appeal is filed by the appellants - original respondents under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 2 nd February 2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.15845 of 2020 whereby the learned Single Judge has allowed the petition.
