JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present petition, the petitioner herein has prayed for the following reliefs:

(2.) Heard Mr. Shivang A. Thacker, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Niraj Sharma, learned AGP appearing for the respondent authorities.

(3.) Briefly stated that the petitioner herein was in possession of mining license of sand from Taluka : Upleta on 16/3/2006 which came to be extended from time to time. The petitioner herein applied for registration for storage of normal sand at village : Chikhaliya, Taluka : Upleta, District : Rajkot to the respondent authorities on 9/3/2010 for land bearing Survey No.93 paiki 1 of Mouje : Chikhaliya, Taluka : Upleta and after paying the requisite fees qua the same, challan for the same is duly produced. The petitioner was granted registration of storage of sand for the purpose of trading by the respondent No.2 on 31/3/2010 for a period of five years. The said license came to be expired after a period of five years.
