(2.) RULE. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of respondent - State.

By way of the present application under Sec. 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant-accused has prayed for bail in connection with the FIR being C.R.No.11192007220018 of 2022 registered with Nalsarovar Police Station, District Ahmedabad for the offences under Ss. 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 337, 307 , 427, 504, and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Ss. 25 (1-b)A and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sec. 135 of the Gujarat Police Act, 1951.
