JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application is filed by the Applicant ' Accused under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging the applicant on Regular Bail in connection with C.R. No.11184010230134 of 2023 registered with Panvad Police Station, District : Chhotaudepur, for the offences punishable under Ss. 65(a)(e), 98(2), 116(b), 81 and 83 of the Prohibition Act.
