JUDGEMENT

(1.) Under the instructions, learned advocate for the applicants requests to permit the applicant to withdraw this application qua the applicant no.2-Furkanbaig Ahemadbag Mirza and seeks permission to withdraw the same. Permission, as sought for; stands granted. Present application stands disposed of as withdrawn qua the applicant no.2.

(2.) Mr. J. M. Talota, learned advocate states that he has received instructions to appear for and on behalf of the respondent no.2 and sought permission to appear on behalf of the respondent no.2. Permission; as sought for; stands granted. He shall file his Vakalatnama before the Registry. Registry shall accept the same.
