(1.) This Application is filed by the Applicant - Accused under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging the applicant on Regular Bail in connection with F.I.R. No.A- 11210055230029 of 2023 registered with Salabatpura Police Station, District: Surat for the offences punishable under Ss. 323, 504, 506(2), 427 and 114 of the IPC.
