JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Vedant D. Gaikwad appearing for the petitioners and learned advocate Mr. Nilesh Pandya who has appeared on advance copy for Vadodara Municipal Corporation as per the instruction of this Court.
