JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present petition, the petitioner herein has prayed to extend the time-limit of the arbitration proceedings between the petitioner and the respondents by 9 months with effect from 14/12/2022 under Sec. 29A(4) and Sec. 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act, 1996'). Undisputedly, the dispute-in-question is with respect to Part - I of the Act, 1996.
