JUDGEMENT

(1.) All these first appeals emanate from the judgment and award passed by the 3rd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Jamnagar on 25/6/2018 in the Land Reference Cases Nos.108 of 2008 to 135 of 2008 awarding additional amount of compensation of Rs.76.21 per square meter for Jiyarat land and Rs.77.39 per square meter for Bagayat land.

(2.) Since the challenge in all the captioned appeals is to the selfsame judgment and award, those were heard analogously and are being disposed of by this common judgment and order.

(3.) For the sake of convenience, the First Appeal No.4703 of 2019 is treated as the lead matter.
