JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Hitesh Makwana, learned advocate states that he has received instructions to appear for and on behalf of the respondent no.2 and sought permission to appear on behalf of the respondent no.2. Permission; as sought for; stands granted. He shall file his Vakalatnama before the Registry. Registry shall accept the same.

(2.) Considering the issue involved in the present application and with consent of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties as well as considering the fact that the dispute amongst the applicants and complainant has been resolved amicably, this matter is taken up for final disposal forthwith.

(3.) By way of this application under Sec. 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "the Code"), the applicants have prayed for quashing and setting aside FIR being C.R.No. I-11203038220126 OF 2022 registered with Mangrol Police Station, District Junagadh for the offence punishable under Ss. 498(A) and 114 of the Indian Penal Code as well as other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
