(2.) Heard Mr. Hemang Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr.Sahil Trivedi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State respondents.

(3.) The petitioner belongs to Rabari community, which is covered under the Scheduled Tribes category. On 23/10/2021, respondent no. 3 issued advertisement no. LRB/202122/2 by which the respondent no. 3 had to fill up 10459 vacant posts of Unarmed Police Constable-Lokrakshak, Armed Police Constable-Lokrakshak and Constable - State Reserve Police Force, Class-III.
