JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Official Liquidator has filed this report with following prayer:-

Learned advocate Ms.Bhoomi M.Thakore appearing for the Official Liquidator stated that by order dtd. 24/7/1999 in Company Petition No.354 of 1997, this Court ordered to wind up M/s Mukund Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. and the Official Liquidator attached to this Court has been appointed as liquidator of the company in liquidation.

(3.) It was submitted that thereafter, the Official Liquidator pursuant to the order dtd. 8/8/2007, in Official Liquidator Report No.197 of 2007 appointed the sale committee for disposal of the assets and properties of the company in liquidation.
