By way of present petition, petitioner has requested to transfer the investigation of the FIR registered with Lodhika Police Station, District Rajkot Rural being CR No. 11213030230163 of 2023 to the CID or any other equally competent agency and direct them to take appropriate steps in accordance with law against the accused persons.
