JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Advocate Mr. Darshan Dave on behalf of the petitioners. Learned Advocate Mr. Vaibhav Sheth appears on behalf of respondents no.3 and 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Jayneel Parik on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2.

(2.) By way of these petitions, the petitioners have challenged the action on part of the respondent no.3 of rejecting the nomination of the present petitioners for nomination as candidates for the election to the Managing Committee of Mahelaj Milk Producer Co-operative Society Limited.

(3.) With the consent of parties, the present petitions are taken up for final disposal.
