JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

Heard Ms.Bhavsar, learned advocate for Mr.Bharat Jani, learned advocate for the petitioners, Ms.Surbhi Bhati, learned Assistant Government Pleader for State respondents, Mr.Kaushal Pandya, learned advocate for the respondent No.4 and Mr.Devang Bhatt learned advocate for Mr.H.S.Munshaw, learned advocate for respondent No.1.

It is pointed out by Ms.Bhavsar, learned advocate for the petitioners, that after filing the petition, notification dtd. 19/1/2022 was published by respondent No.4 as per Sec. 13(2) of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (for short, 'the Act') inviting objections / suggestions in respect of draft development Plan - 2039.
