JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Ishan Joshi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Ayaan Patel, learned AGP appearing for the respondent authorities.

(2.) The petitioner herein has approached this Court by filing the present petition for a direction to the respondent authorities to maintain a single list of recipients for liver transplant irrespective of their domicile status and further, to direct the respondent authorities to declare the serial number at which the name of the petitioner is registered in the list of recipients for liver transplant and to make the list of recipients available in the public domain.
