JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present petition, the petitioner herein has prayed for the following reliefs:

(2.) The petitioner herein is in occupation of transport and was drawing sand at Lekavada, Gandhinagar. The said vehicle Truck GJ-18-BT-2266 was seized by the Royalty Inspector (appeal and flying squad), Geology and Mining Department, Gandhinagar - respondent No.2 herein. The show cause notice dtd. 3/8/2022 came to be issued to the petitioner herein by the respondent No.2 calling upon the him to pay sum of Rs.2,49,220.00 for illegal transportation of mineral for the tune of 29.04 metric ton.
