JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP Mr.Patel waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent-State.

(2.) Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, present application for fixing early date of hearing is disposed of by directing the Registry to list the matter today itself for final hearing.

(3.) Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
