JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed seeking benefits of 300 days unavailed leave as per the Government Resolution dtd. 17/10/1988.

(2.) Brief facts of the case are as under:

The petitioners were working with the respondent in R & B Department and were appointed during the period from 1973 to 1982 and all of them have put in service period of more than 30 years and they have retired during the period from the years 2021 to 2022. Some of the petitioners have expired and they are represented through their legal heirs in the present petition. The petitioner upon completion of 5 years and 10 years continuous service was granted benefits of Government Resolution dtd. 17/10/1988 It is the case of the petitioners that though they were entitlted for the benefits of 300 days leave encashment as per Government Resolutiond dtd. 17/10/1988, they have not been granted the same till date.
