JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :-

(2.) Considering the fact that the petitioner wants is a direction to the authority to decide his pending representations.

(3.) Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Meet Thakkar appearing for the respondent - State does not oppose the aforesaid prayers as it does not touch the merits of the matter.
