JUDGEMENT

This appeal has been filed at the instance of the appellant - original plaintiff against the order passed by the learned Chamber Judge, Court No.21, City Civil & Sessions Court, Ahmedabad on 21/1/2023 whereby the learned Judge was pleased to reject the Notice of Motion at Exhs.6/7 filed by the appellant herein - original plaintiff.
