JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present petition, the petitioner herein has prayed for the following reliefs:

The brief facts are that the petitioner herein is holding the parcel of ancestral agricultural lands in Rajkot and Amreli (approximately 70 vighas) and worked as professional driver for last 35 years in various capacities of Offshore Oil and Gas oilfields in India and abroad as Saturation Driver, Superintendent Deep Driving Operations and the petitioner herein is a law-abiding citizen. The father of the petitioner was also possessing three arms and the same have been inherited by the petitioner herein and the same being a family tradition as the ancestors kept it as souvenir. The petitioner herein was holding license since the year 1991 i.e. last 31 years and the said license came to be renewed from time to time.
