JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Appeal From Order is filed by challenging the impugned order dtd. 7/9/2022 passed below Exh.7 and 8 application in Civil Suit No.1124 of 2021 by the learned Judge, Court No.14, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad, whereby the application filed by the original plaintiff under Order XL of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is allowed.
