JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order will dispose of aforesaid petitions wherein learned counsels for the respective parties were heard together on account of common issue raised therein.

(2.) These petitions have been directed against the order dtd. 23/2/2018 passed below Exh.7, in Regular Civil Suit No.385 of 2014, by which learned 8 th Additional Civil Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural), by allowing the application for local inspection, directed the Court Commissioner to carry out the inspection of disputed property.

(3.) This Court has heard learned counsel Mr. Amrish Pandya and Mr. Abhisst Thaker for the petitioners. Though served, none appears for and on behalf of the respondents no.1 and 2.
