(1.) Heard Ms. Niyati Vaishnav, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Shivang Shah, the learned advocate appearing for respondent No.3 and Ms. Jyoti Bhatt, the learned AGP for the respondent Nos.1 and

By way of present petition, the petitioner herien challenges the order passed by the Gujarat Information Commission i.e. respondent No.3 whereby the Gujarat Information Commission denied the information sought for by the petitioner herein on the ground that said information,as sought for by the petitioner, is exempted under the Right to Information Act .

(3.) The petitioner herein preferred an application under Sec. 6 of the Right to Information Act, vide letter dtd. 29/12/2020 which is duly produced at Annexure "B" at page-19 and 20, which read thus:
