JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Parv Mehta, learned advocate for Mr. Satyam Y. Chhaya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Ayaan Patel, learned AGP appearing for the respondents.

(2.) By way of present petition, the petitioner herein has prayed for a direction to decide the application/representation dtd. 6/1/2023 preferred by the petitioner herein, duly produced at Annexure - A.

(3.) The petitioner herein is the owner of the vehicle being Truck No. GJ-01-FT-2472 and engaged in the business of transportation of goods including the minerals. The said vehicle came to be seized by the respondent authorities on 11/7/2022. A complaint came to be filed by the respondent No.5 before the learned District & Sessions Court, Gandhinagar being S.C. No.96 of 2022, which is pending adjudication.
